Craig Cimoroni, CFA
Director of Business Development and Investor Relations

Mr. Cimoroni has over 26 years of experience in investment sales, management, and strategic development. He leads the Elizabeth Park Capital Management investor relations, business development, and marketing efforts, focusing on the institutional marketplace.

Before joining the Elizabeth Park team, Mr. Cimoroni spent 23 years at KeyBanc Capital Management, one of the nation's largest regional investment banks. While there, he was a Managing Director for 15 years and held roles that included Regional Sales Manager of the Southwest, Mid-Atlantic, parts of the Midwest, and Texas. He headed the division's strategic repositioning analysis, held leadership roles on various strategic divisional committees, and was a member of the Equity Division Management Committee.

Mr. Cimoroni launched his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, concentrating on auditing banks and broker-dealers. Mr. Cimoroni earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, where he received the distinguished Dean’s Award. He served on both the Scholarship and Program Committees for CWRU. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Miami University’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration. He achieved his CPA and CFA certifications and Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 licensures.

He served eight years on the CFA Cleveland Board of Directors, including Board President in 2014. Here, he received each of the three national awards issued by the CFA Institute: CFA Society of the Year Award (2013), the Society Chapter Governance Award (2014), and the Research Foundation Award (2015). He continues to serve as past president of the Shaker Youth Soccer Association Board, a 1,200-player soccer association in Northeast Ohio. He manages a 500-participant youth soccer league that he started. He enjoys golf and cycling and has competed in approximately 15 Olympic distance triathlons and various cycling events. He enjoys spending time with his family, including teaching finance at his daughter’s school and organizing community events. He resides in Shaker Heights, OH, with his wife and three children.
